Fair Housing

The short answer

Gold Peach Realty, the publisher of Flowery Branch Homes, supports the Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, and our area guides describe places, roads, rules and amenities, never the people who live in them.

Last checked October 19, 2026

The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. Our area guides describe geography, roads, rules, utilities and amenities so you can decide for yourself where fits.

Questions about who lives in a neighborhood, or about crime, are not answered here: we point you to the public sources instead of describing people. Age-restricted (55 and over) communities are a lawful exemption under the Act, and we describe them only by their own published rules.

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you can contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Rules, rates and maps change. Every rule on this page links to the office that sets it; confirm with that office before you rely on it.

Talk to a North Georgia agent before you write the offer.

Gold Peach Realty is the brokerage behind this guide. An agent can pull the parcel record, ask the utility about sewer, request the Corps permit file for a lakefront lot and read the association documents with you before your due-diligence period runs out, and show you what is actually for sale in Flowery Branch today.
